Traditional Massage
This type of session is our Relaxation/Swedish massage. Most often this is the type of session most people want when they think of gifts and relaxing.

Deep Tissue Massage
One of the most commonly requested services.
Deep Tissue is similar to a Traditional Massage in that it can be a full body massage and relaxing, however more pressure is used at a slower pace to get past the top layer of tissue. Deep Tissue Massage can also help with some pain issues.

Standard Bodywork
This is where Hands On Healing really gets to show you what it can do to help resolve your need of pain relief and/or physical change. These sessions are site specific and goal oriented work based on your need for relief from pain and discomfort. We will use the postural and functional assessment tools we have learned, in conjunction with a variety of techniques to help unlock your body.

Advanced Bodywork
For those looking to make complete changes to their bodies. These therapists have extensive training and can handle most any chronic pain and postural issues. These sessions will be rather specific. You will also be given specific exercises and stretches to help you maintain the progress of the session.

Post-Surgical Lymphatic Massage

is important to choose a trained and experienced therapist who specializes in lymphatic massage, as this type of massage requires a specific technique and
knowledge of the lymphatic system. In addition to reducing swelling and pain, post-surgical lymphatic massage can also improve circulation, boost the immune
system, and promote relaxation, making it a beneficial therapy for individuals recovering from surgery.
