Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Hours may fluctuate per therapist availability.

New patients can complete the Confidential Health History prior to their appointment by printing this form. For those without printer capabilities, please be five minutes early for your scheduled appointment in order to fill out this one-page form.
Please note that all new clients must reserve their appointment with a credit card. New clients cancelling on the day of their appointment will be charged full price for the scheduled massage.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-hours notice is required for cancellations. Missing appointments or cancelling appointments at the last minute will result in a fee of full price for the scheduled massage. Those arriving late to an appointment will be expected to pay the full massage price.
